February 8, 2019 - Monroeville, Allegheny County - Fire crews from Monroeville were called out early Friday afternoon to the Holiday Inn on Mosside Boulevard for a reported structure fire. Crews quickly arrived and found an A/C unit in a third floor stairwell on fire and was able to quickly extinguish the fire and then opened up the exterior wall to check for any extension. Crews then stayed on-scene for about an hour ventilating the building before guests were allowed to enter the building. No one was injured.
