Continuing a business begun in 1930 by Ernest N. Day, our Company is a principal supplier of Fire Department Equipment and Supplies throughout the State, from the largest Career Departments to the smallest Volunteer Companies. In addition, we supply Fire Equipment to an increasing number of Law Enforcement, Emergency Service, EMS - Rescue, Industrial and Business entities. A review of the Suppliers we represent shows that we handle the complete line of Fire Equipment and Supplies.
While we have a Dunellen Post Office address, we are actually located in the town of Green Brook, at the southeast corner of Route 22 and Washington Avenue, where we have been for the past 50 years. We do maintain a large inventory and are able to supply quick delivery for many items. Demonstrator equipment is kept available for Sales work and Customer evaluation.
Principals of the Company are George D. Fosdick, President, (former Chief of the Ridgefield Park Fire Department), and Ann M. Hill, Vice President/Secretary, whose husband, Bill, was former Chief of the Dunellen Fire Department. Purchasing Agent for the Company is Peggy Mullen, also of Dunellen.
The Company Sales Staff consists of all present or former Career or Volunteer Firefighters who have the "hands on" experience and understand the equipment they are selling. |
