Somerville, MA – December 23, 2014 - Atlantic Ambulance Service, a division of Cataldo Ambulance Service, is pleased to announce the recent addition of the exclusive contract to provide emergency ambulance services to the Town of Swampscott. The contract, signed to begin as of January 1, 2015, is for a period of two years. Swampscott will be the sixteenth 911 contract currently serviced by Cataldo/Atlantic Ambulance Service.
Coverage for Swampscott will be familiar territory given that Atlantic Ambulance has been providing ALS and BLS coverage in the surrounding towns and cities for over a decade. As agreed upon by both parties, Cataldo Ambulance will provide coverage and support for various community events and details. Ambulance coverage will also be on standby at all working fires. Cataldo Ambulance has secured a base location in the Town of Swampscott to best serve the residents and guests of the town.
